Subject: [PATCH] Filter bootloader supplied kernel cmdline options
Various bootloader add kernel commandline options dynamically, filter
these out when grabbing boot options from /proc/cmdline. Specifically
grub adds BOOT_IMAGE and systemd-boot adds initrd.
