Colin Walters f8852ca945 repo: Add auto_transaction and TransactionGuard ...

This gives auto-cancelling semantics on `Drop`, plus a nicer
`.commit()` method on the transaction.

Matches the currently private `_OstreeRepoAutoTransaction` in the C
library.
