Colin Walters 44561ffb9b Add a `bootc.diskimage-builder` label 
Right now, the relationship between this image and bootc-image-builder
is "floating".  However, we may want the ability to more
strictly bind the two in the future.

With this, the bootc image links out to the recommended diskimage
builder container, so automated tooling can find it instead
of hardcoding it.

Colin Walters 7966e8931b Add `VOLUME /var` into container config by default 
This meshes with
<f81b9fa166>
in that our container image now behaves by default
similarly to how the host works at runtime.

Colin Walters 86c7e64b72 Add a `containers.bootc` label 
Pairs with https://github.com/containers/bootc/pull/299

This is intended to be the new canonical label for bootc-compatible
images, as opposed to the existing `ostree.linux` etc.
